A dedicated Clinical Support Team
We prioritise mental health with an in-house team including a Mental Health / Forensic PBS Practitioner and a Clinical Director, working closely with community mental health, forensic and substance-misuse teams.
- Person-centred crisis & relapse-prevention planning
- Evidence-based clinical risk assessment
- Full choice & control with positive risk management
Clinically informed, genuinely person-centred.
Every person we support has a plan built around them — their goals, their wishes, their pace. We track progress toward achievable outcomes that foster greater independence, and manage risk through positive, proactive approaches rather than restriction.
For people with complex or multiple diagnoses, safety matters most. Our clinical tools and trained team mean families and commissioners can trust that support is both compassionate and rigorous.
